Grey and Beige

I have been desperately trying to inject some colour into my outfits over the last few weeks with the hope of Spring being on its way but as you all know in Ireland the snow is trying very hard to rain on my parade. I am all for fun in the snow but I was getting so excited about Spring that I cant help but be a little disappointed.

Sushi & Chats

I have been finding it increasingly difficult to meet friends over the last while, purely due to conflicting schedules and busy lives. It is great meeting in larger groups when you get to catch up with a few people, but you just cant beat one on one time.

Wrapped Up

It was a day for being cosy and wrapped up! We had arranged to go down the country for the day so I wanted to be in a casual outfit and this gilet which I purchased before Christmas is ideal for being out and about, looking chic but also being warm which has been essential in Ireland over the last few months.

A Trip to Forest Avenue

I have been hearing people ranting and raving about this place and wanted to see what it was all about. Forest Avenue is relatively new restaurant in Dublin which has established a great name for itself and is nearly as difficult to get a reservation as a top restaurant in London. On average booking a month in advance, which is really unheard of for Dublin, so it was definitely one on my hit list.

Winter Navy

So it is Monday again - can someone please invent a three day weekend for 52 weeks of the year, it would give us all more time to enjoy life, don't you guys agree?! I cant help but feel I have been wearing mostly black clothes since the end of October and I am dying for Spring to arrive. I put this outfit together which is still cosy and suitable for Winter but it is not black. I forgot how much I loved navy!

New Years Feast in London

I have been meaning to put this post up for a while and have eventually gotten around to it. New years can usually be a let down and what I have found in recent years is that you need to have something planned in advance. If that is with friends in the local pub, in the country with family or just a nice meal at home. This year we wanted to celebrate in style as it has been a good year for us, my chap passed his final exams and I started something I have wanted to do for years which is the blog, so we headed to London!

Giddy for Summer!

This post is sure to brighten up your hump day and get you giddy for Summer! I have placed a shopping ban on myself for this month after the expensive Christmas and it is hard especially as there are so many bargains to be got out there. Yes maybe I have become a little bit of a shopping addict, but what girl isn't?

I have been living in dark colours since October and I am so excited to see the brighter colours come in and have found some on sale pieces that will bring you into the Spring / Summer season but at a knockdown price.

A Wander in Knightsbridge

I love finding new places and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the renowned Knightsbridge shopping area is a residential area which is so private and unbelievably quiet just a few short steps away that it is like a hidden gem. You know me and hidden gems!

I love trying new things and when I lived in London I loved going to the Borough market, you would see and try foods that you cannot get in your local supermarket and this to me is amazing.
