Suesey Street - A Meal to Remember!

Morning everyone, I am sharing a new-ish restaurant with you today with an amazing Summer terrace. It is a restaurant in Dublin that I had been to before and they have done a whole revamp of the place with plush interiors and a trendy cocktail bar.

As we sat out on the terrace we could have been anywhere in the world and a mojito was my cocktail of choice.

Strappy Heels!

I have had this outfit in my wardrobe for a while, I in fact wore it in London with a skirt but never got any pics, I know dreadful really. It has been so chilly in Dublin recently.

We are definitely not getting any Summer weather which means it is too chilly for skirts so I am living in my jeans, siiigh! I love jeans but I need the weather to turn so I can do more Summery posts.
The detail on these shoes are to die for and colour is just one I love. Also they are actually very comfortable and easy to walk in.

Oh Taco Taco!

Firstly I have to admit that I do not have an undying love for Mexican food but I do love a good taco every now and then. We strolled into town last Friday evening excited to try somewhere new and headed straight for Taco Taco, to our surprise we got seated pretty promptly although the place was buzzing.

First stop was the cocktail menu of course, why would you have it any other way.....

Black & Tan

Black and tan is a colour combination that I have always loved, it is also a combination that can be worn all year round.

We headed for lunch on Sunday so I wanted to look cute but also comfy, especially as we were feeling a little worse for wear.

Who likes Short Shorts

This weekend was a little mental, there was plenty of food and drink, just how we like it! There was also some ABBA music being played in the early hours of the morning that we all enjoyed. We love eating in when we are in Wexford but everyone needs a break from the cooking and the clean up so we headed out for dinner. Seeing as we had been soaking up the sun and topping up the tan I wanted to get the legs out and decided to wear shorts. I love the look of a blazer and shorts teamed together, I think it looks chic and it is so comfy.  I added the pink silk like top to add some colour.

I love this scarf I have which I picked up in a little boutique in Deauville, France a few years ago. I love all of the colours in it and really liked how it tied together the whole outfit and it worked so well with the orange bag.

I hope you enjoyed and thanks for taking the time out of your day to check and read my blog - always so grateful!

What I'm wearing:

Shorts / H&M (SS 14)
Top / River Island (old)
Blazer / Zara
Shoes / Zara
Bag / Hermes
Scarf / Boutique shop
Glasses / Moschino
Watch / Michael Kors

Pineapple Clutch!

Last weekend I headed for a casual lunch in House on Leeson Street with a friend of mine. What is so nice about their outdoor area is that it can be covered over which is great especially for the very unpredictable Irish weather.

I love the vibe of the place and the interiors are so pretty.

Street Art & Lunch!

We headed for brunch on Sunday which ended up being lunch, I love when we get together and discuss the night before although mine was pretty tame due to a late one on Friday and a jam packed Saturday. Tribeca was calling our names, after all chicken wings are the cure!

I had planned on taking a few pics but when I saw this wall I wasn't going anywhere else. There has been so much new street art around Dublin and this is definitely one of my favourite pieces so far.

I wanted a casual outfit and I am determined to look in someway Summery although the weather is not the best here at the moment. So shorts and a jumper is a great look.

Back to Basics!

I love a statement shoe especially coloured ones and these strappy ones I picked up in Spain are the dream. I have worn them with skirts and tops but lately I have been drawn towards more casual looks. Dressing up an other wise casual outfit with a pair of heels and accessories is something I am quite obsessed with.

It is taking basics and exploring how they can be worn. High waisted jeans I find so flattering and work with any top or shirt.

Blue Suede Shoes!

Hi everyone, I know I usually post on Wednesday but yesterday was a bit manic so today will have to do. I attended the launch of Suesey Street for an evening of food, cocktails and music on their amazing terrace.

It is great getting the chance to try out anywhere new to share with you especially when it is as fab as this.

We sipped on basil gin cocktails throughout the balmy evening, they were so delicious!

My Fourth of July!

I hope you all had such a nice weekend. I have to say mine was just so nice, we headed down to the sunny South East, a very last minute decision on Friday afternoon. Sometimes the last minute plans work out to be the best.

We were so lucky with the weather that we spent so much time on the beach and sunbathing.

Shades of Blue!

At this stage you all know i have an obsession with ripped jeans, they are my go to causal outfit but I love how you can dress them up if you want.

I wore this outfit heading for brunch in London. A pair of ripped jeans with courts is that casual chic look.

Blue is one of my favourite colours and I had been looking for a pair of cobalt blue suede courts. After searching high and low I picked up these Nine West ones which are on sale.

Get Jolly with Pimms!

We are enjoying this rare heat wave in Ireland. Like me I want an ice pop all day, a cocktail in the evening and to watch the sunset. For the week that is in it I had to reshare this post I did last Summer, it is throwback Thursday after all.

This is one of the best drinks of the Summer, we spent our day at Royal Ascot sipping on jugs of Pimms.

Enjoy and get jolly!

My first Crossfit Workout!

Guys I am sharing my first fitness post on the blog today, not something I plan on doing a lot but my first crossfit class was worth sharing. There has been so much hype about this workout I had to try it out myself.

We started off with a warm up of scorpion twists, something that looks like a duck waddle and over head arm rotations to loosen up the shoulders.
