Luxembourg Gardens!

There were a few places at the top of my list for Paris and Luxembourg Gardens was one of them. I was not leaving Paris without seeing it. It didn't disappoint, the building itself is beautiful and the gardens are bursting with colour.

We sat and took in our surroundings. It is a smashing spot for some people watching. You have people attempting to do their sunday run, families going for a stroll (extremely chic couples) and tourists.
Children raced these gorgeous boats in the pond.

Ralph's in St.Germain,Paris!

I wanted to share one of my favourite spots in Paris with you, it is a romantic courtyard in the middle of Saint Germain that serves a mean burger. I must admit I booked Ralphs for dinner and it was stunning but we returned the next day for a coffee.

This is not something I would ever do on a holiday as I usually want to see as much as possible but we were in the area after all and I just had to see it in daylight.

Red Maxi in Paris!

My trip to Paris is sadly over but we had the most memorable trip. You will have seen some of my antics if you follow my BluntBlonde Instragram . It is hands down the most beautiful city I have ever been and the backdrops are jaw droppingly stunning, it is a bloggers paradise in my opinion!

Every corner we turned I found something I loved, whether it was a building, a bridge or the most amazing doors.

Littlewoods A/W Fashion Show!

This time last week I was in a tender space after a fun filled night at the Littlewoods A/W fashion show. We arrived to the Morrison Hotel where we were greeted at the door with a glass of champagne and a buzzy atmosphere.

We mingled and chatted until we took our seats with great excitement.

Leather Jacket!

A leather jacket is the perfect transitional wardrobe piece which can also be worn into the winter with layering so it is definitely worth the investment. I wore this outfit to a fashion show last week and think it deserves its own post.

You know when you are looking for something and you cannot find it and then all of a sudden it appears. Well, I had been searching for the perfect leather jacket without spending a fortune and of course Zara answered my prayers.
I have had my eye on it for a while and decided to bite the bullet.
The look of a leather jacket and a dress is one that I am a very big fan of. It really is that perfect balance of casual chic.

Black Maxi!

Not quite an LBD but perhaps a more relaxed Summer version. Maxis are the perfect outfit for strolling around rustic French streets before dinner.

Duck egg blue shutters and white washed walls were plentiful but I particularly liked this one. We passed it almost every day on our walk down to the town.

M&S Autumn / Winter Preview!

As some of you may now this week is Dublin Fashion week and it has been jam packed for me. As you will have seen on my instagram BluntBlondeBlog there has been loads of events on but one of my favourites was the Marks & Spencer fashion show in Kilmainham. The sun shone down on the stunning venue for our brief Indian Summer.

M&S have really upped there game, they can be sometimes seen as a mumsy brand and not really appealing to the younger audience but this season is defintiley one of their best. We saw the popular 70's bohemian vibe, classic cuts such as blazers and trenches with a Balmain feel and of course a few show stopping dresses for the upcoming party season.
We sipped on prosecco and mingled prior to sitting down for the show. The stained glass windows were beautiful that I had to take a few pics to share with you.

Blow-dry Heaven!

Since New York Fashion Week has kicked off and I am reminiscing about the big apple I wanted to share a post I never got around to sharing. The one thing that every girl loves is a blowdry. I had traveled half way across the world, fully organised with a hairdyer, curler and my Babyliss big hair and arrived to find out that none of them work.

Firstly I thought, I need to sort this hair out and secondly, they took up valued space and weight in my luggage which could have been left for shopping. I decided I am in New York for 3 days I am getting a blow-dry. Every time I leave the hair salon I feel like a new woman and really think there is nothing better.
I had been told by a friend about Drybar, I called them immediately and they were happy to help.It was love at first sight and once I was offered a glass of champagne as I waited to be seated I had completely bought into the experience.

These coffee cups are dreamy and the coffee wasn't
 half bad either!
I had one day in London recently and I find I can fit so much into one day. I headed to Vintage Salt on the Selfridges rooftop for a much needed breakfast.

Dinner at Sunset!

We walked along the boardwalk, giddy with excitement. It was our second evening in Bandol and we were heading to the beach. We had the chance to eat with our toes in the sand and watch the sun going down. Pure bliss!

Lunch French Style!

On holidays we found we always wanted a selection of pickies. Particularly around 1 o'clock we yearned for some shade beneth the umbrella and our tummies grumbled. A selection of meats, cheese, fresh salad and a baguette from the local boulangerie ticked all of the boxes.

The bread in France is so crunchy and fluffy that it is unbelievably irresistible.
Bandol had a fresh food market everyday where they had anything and everything available.

Bare Foot in the Sunset!

Morning everyone, you may have noticed I haven't posted since last week. I was away in France with three of my girlies and took a break from posting but now I have loads of posts for you. Also if you follow my instagram you were kept up to date with my travels.

It was one of the most relaxing breaks I have had in ages, filled with sunshine, lilos, beaching and buckets of rose. Bandol in the South of France is known for its wine after all.
It has a truly french feel and although we dressed for dinner every night (of course we wanted to look in someway glam)we were either barefoot or in flats. This particular night I didn't style my hair at all and just let it dry naturally. Definitely one of my favourite things about holidays.
