How I can Make Your Mornings Easier & Tastier!

Happy Saturday - I am the worst at being organised for breakfast and each morning I find myself grabbing a piece of fruit and a herbal tea / coffee and it just isn't enough to keep me going and as they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thats why I was delighted when Alpro got in touch, I am a huge fan of their Almond milk but had never used their yoghurts. They challenged me to Make Over My Morning with Alpro and make some smoothie bowls. Look I am competitively natured so I took on the challenge and also a smoothie in a bowl is a new phenomenon for me. This post is well worth a read on plus you can win your very own Nutribullet courtesy of Alpro to help you make your mornings that little bit better.

The benefits of Alpros yoghurt range are definitely worth sharing with you guys especially anybody with a gluten intolerance.

  • 100% plant-based and rich in plant protein
  • Naturally low in saturated fat, low in sugars
  • Naturally lactose free & gluten free
  • A source of calcium, just like yogurt. Contains vitamins B12 and D.

I made up a few concoctions but these were my favourite. I have shared the ingredients for both below.
Ingredients - Kiwi Delight
Alpro Almond Yoghurt (2 desert spoons)
1 x Banana
1 x Apple
2 x Kiwi (1 and a half in the mix and the rest for dressing)
Fresh Blueberries
Ingredients: Mango Mayhem
Alpro Coconut Yoghurt (2 x desert spoonfuls)
1 x Mango
1 x Passion Fruit
1 x Banana

For each smoothie bowl I literally threw it into the nutribullet and it was ready to go in a matter of seconds. It is a healthy start to the day and is very filling.

To enter the Nutribullet competition please like and tag 3 x friends over Instagram and like and share the post on Facebook. The winner will be announced Friday 18th of March.

Love Keva xx
