Protein Balls

Now that I have a few trips in the pipeline for Summer I am trying to be a little healthier.  I think having something in the fridge when you have a sweet craving is ideal. I made these simple protein balls a week or so ago and they were a big hit.
Ingredients
Protein Powder 
6 x Medjool dates (pitted) 
2 x tea spoon Almond Butter
Desiccated Coconut - I used for the mix but also the outside of the protein balls
Almond Milk (optional)

These could be made by a child they are so easy. Throw all of the ingredients into the Nutribullet, once well mixed roll into little balls and cover in desiccated coconut. Place in the fridge to cool. Once cooled and hardened I put mine in a protein shaker to keep fresh in the fridge but any tupperware will do once sealed.
