Blue Stripe Shirt

I am still on a high from the weekend, we celebrated St. Patricks a day later as we were down the country on Friday. We had tickets to the rugby match on Saturday and it is by far one of the best matches I have been to, the atmosphere was electric and what a way to celebrate the Irish, particularly this weekend. Yesterday the head was a little tender but that is to be expected!
Anyway, enough about that, lets talk about this AMAZING shirt I picked up during the week. I am so delighted that stripes are as in this year as they were last year. Then again a striped shirt is never not on trend in my opinion.

I have linked the Zara shirt here for you guys to shop. I have also linked some alternative options below. There is something so classical about a blue and white striped shirt and this one was particularly pretty with the red embroidery detailing. It is quite oversized and I am wearing an XS so it is generous but then again that is the style of it.
I wore them with my slim boyfriend jeans - which ironically my boyfriend is not a fan of  but I do like the slim style and think they look great with a pair of heels.
These particular ones are super high waisted and are comfy and are one of the recent purchases that I made during my jean shopping spree. I have rolled mine up on the end as they were a little long for me but I am petite in height so not everyone will need to do that.
Although the weather is tempermental I am definitely getting an opportunity to wear some more "Spring" type items and loving it. It is definitely time to get some Spring appropriate outfits ready.
This vintage navy Chanel will continue to make appearances on the blog, it is one of my most beloved pieces in the wardrobe.
