Cherry Blossom Season

Happy Friday lovelies, I can't believe this is one of my last posts shot in Ireland for a good while and my last day in work, it is all becoming very real and time is flying. I am starting a new job next week but will continue blogging while I am away. I shot another look that I hope to share with you guys on Monday and then my Miami posts will start. This week has been spent eating, (A LOT of eating), catching up with friends and family as well as squeezing in as much packing as possible. I just couldn't leave Dublin without taking advantage of our gorgeous Cherry Blossom season for the backdrop for this blog post so I hope you love it.

Caramel Shirt

Morning lovelies and happy Monday! I can't believe this is my last week of work in Ireland, I leave for Miami next Monday and feel like I have so much to do but I got a right few things ticked off my list this weekend. I have to say I really enjoyed the weekend, I spent time with my family, friends and C which was just fab and exactly what I wanted. We hit up Tapas de Lola for dinner on Saturday night and then headed out for my friends joint birthday drinks in House. Sunday was spent with family, my sister and I went for a pedicure to Mink, one of the best ways to spend a Sunday morning in my opinion and then hung out with my nephew.

Blush Pink Trench

Morning lovelies, how is it Thursday already, I feel like the time is just whizzing by. Last night I started putting my bags together for Miami, eventually it is all coming together. I was down in Wexford at the weekend and shot this casual day look. I am a huge fan of pastels and being honest I can't get enough of them at the moment. Give me anything pink, mint or blue and I am there. There is something so soft and feminine about them, I wore this outfit on Easter Sunday as it seemed like the perfect Spring day outfit for me.

Although I love a good heel, I walk absolutely everywhere so a fancy flat is definitely more realistic but that doesn't mean you cant be just as stylish. In fact flats are so on trend so take advantage and be comfy and fashionable. These flats remind me of the Miu Miu ones but you know me, I like to get a designer look for less and these definitely tick the box.

I'm Moving to Miami

Happy Thursday everyone - To be honest writing the title for this blog post was surreal and slightly terrifying - my plan to move to Miami with work has been in the pipeline for some time, the last 8 months actually so now that it is finally happening I can share the news with you guys.
I am moving in 3 weeks so I really don't have a lot of time and I have so many things to get organised. The long list of to do's has well and truly begun!

Summer Accessories Wishlist

Each month I seem to accumulate a little wish list of items but this month I wanted to get a few Summer items that will see me through the season. These are the kind of items that you can change wear with any outfit. As always I have included a range of items budget wise as I am a firm believer that you can look great without having to spend a fortune. You just need to keep your eye out for the right pieces.

Denim Dreams

Happy Hump Day, I hope you guys are having a good week so far. It is eventually warm enough to get your legs out and I am taking full advantage for dressier outfits, but it is also wishful thinking on my end as it is still a little chilly in Dublin.

This denim skirt caught my eye last week and when I tried it on I loved the fit. A high waisted skirt is one i love and this distressed step hem on this denim skirt I feel is that little bit more mature than your normal denim skirt.

A Trip to Cambridge

On Friday we got the redeye into Stansted for a much needed night away in Cambridge. I was so excited to try out the hotel we were staying in and see what Cambridge has to offer.  I had heard so many things and it didn't disappoint. Cambridge itself is a very relaxed city, it has the old quirkiness you would expect and the heritage is mind boggling.

You will have seen the hotels interiors on my Insta Stories were a bloggers dream - check out the website here for The Tamburlaine Hotel. We sipped on cocktails on Friday evening in the hotel bar, where I experience tastes I had never had before. I truly got the art of a mixology that night with all of the different flavours packed into one drink although I did try 4 of them :)
